We'd like you to be delighted

We'd like for you and your gift recipients to be delighted with your purchase, however, if things aren't right we'll make it so with a replacement, store credit, or a refund. All we need is a receipt or other proof of purchase. To start the process, contact me at Liz@AmericanOliveFarmer.com. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if we've shipped the wrong item, an item is missing, or if what you received is defective or damaged, contact us immediately--or at least within 14 days if you are able. The sooner we know, the sooner we can make things right. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we hear from you and work with you on the solution a replacement item will be dispatched, or if you prefer you’ll be refunded via your original method of payment or issued store credit. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund. 

Recipes

We do our best to share how we cook at home and use the products on offer. Here are some things to keep in mind while using our content.

  1. Accuracy of Information:  every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website, including the recipes we publish. Any errors, omissions, or discrepancies are unintended, and cooks who use our content assume all risks.

  2. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: only you are aware of your own allergy or dietary restrictions, so it is assumed you will modify recipes accordingly to your personal needs, if necessary. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues that may arise from following recipes.

  3. Results May Vary:  Results may vary due to differences in ingredients, equipment, cooking techniques, differences in altitude, or other factors. We cannot guarantee that the final dish will turn out exactly as described or shown in accompanying images.

  4. Use at Your Own Risk: recipes published here are all produced in good faith, and undertaken are at the reader's own risk. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur in the process of preparing or consuming any recipe found on our website.

  5. Food Safety: Please always follow proper food safety practices when handling, preparing, and storing ingredients, both those explicitly published and those commonly accepted as fundamental food safety. We are not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from improper food handling or storage.
